1. National Executive Committee
- The apex decision-making body of BPEA.
- Frames policies, conducts national-level negotiations, and coordinates with BPEF and BMS.

- Comprises the President, General Secretary, Treasurer, National Secretaries, and Zonal Representatives.
2. Circle Committees
- Represent BPEA in each state or zone.
- Act as a bridge between national leadership and the Circle/Division units.

- Monitor the functioning of Circle Committees and support member mobilization.
3. Regional Committees
