Leading with Integrity, Serving with Dedication

At the heart of the Bharathiya Postal Employees Association (BPEA) is a team of committed, visionary, and service-oriented leaders who tirelessly work for the betterment of postal employees across India. Our leadership embodies the values of selfless service, transparency, and principled trade unionism, drawing strength from grassroots involvement and national responsibility.
Whether addressing day-to-day employee concerns or negotiating policy-level changes with the government, our leadership team acts as a bridge between the workers and the administration. United by a deep sense of duty and guided by the ideals of the Bharathiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), our leaders lead not from above — but from within the community.

National Leadership

The National Executive of BPEA steers the organization at the highest level, laying down policy directions, strategizing union activities, and ensuring that the voices of postal workers are represented across ministries and central bodies. The national leadership also coordinates with BPEF and BMS to ensure ideological alignment and collective action.

State / Circle Leadership
At the regional level, BPEA is organized into State Committees and Circle Units to ensure that localized issues are addressed with urgency and relevance. These leaders are the first point of contact for members, and they form the backbone of our decentralized structure.

Key Regional Leadership Roles:
  • Circle Presidents & Secretaries Circle-level leadership ensures the implementation of national policies, conducts regular consultations with division leaders, and represents members in Circle office interactions.
  • Division-Level Coordinators / Branch Secretaries Ground-level activists and leaders who work closest to the members. They handle direct grievances, organize meetings, facilitate membership drives, and mobilize support for union activities.

  • These layered leadership structures ensure that every member, in every corner of the country, has someone to reach out to — and someone to stand up for them.
